The index pages are generated (e.g. https://risotto.joeroe.io/tags/markdown/, but see #78) but they're not actually linked anywhere by default.

Making tags and other taxonomies visible on content pages would be really helpful. I'm using tags and categories to organize pages, but neither of them are visible in the single page layout.
