When points are assigned to a "thing", first check to see if it is a user #3

When users type name++ and forget to prefix this with @, look up "name" to see if it is a slack user.

This is closely related to #2 and the code written there may satisfy this enhancement.

displayname isn't unique anymore per the post below. If we want to still allow for this, we'll have to address how we want to handle that.

  • no points, no message
  • no points, inform user to use @reference instead of however they did that
  • points to both
