Legends not showing overlap with chart

In Thingworx 8.5 the heatmap is not overlapping legends at the same position as the chart. I mean, In a vertical view we saw at the top, first the chart, then the Legends, and at the end an empty box.
All of these have the main-svg class.

I found this error is showing only when we add a Label.
Also, all the Out of the box charts are using a class named "svg-chrome-fix" but I didn't find what this class contains.
