Use only ODM datasources for SQL fetching of WOF values

At the moment seriescatalog takes non-ODM datasources into account, which have volatile structure on possibly a hourly basis.

Problem

Its possible that the seriescatalog.valuecountcan display different value than a COUNT query on the datavlaues materialized view, since seriescataloguses seriesmaterialized view.
