Connection Error ( Windows compilation)

Hi,
Thanks for your source code. I am using it on my windows PC.
However, As I run the sln, it shows a TCP connection error.
For the current use case:
I run your code as per the instruction,
then try to play the stream either on the browser or VLC player.
I am not so familiar with video streaming and would see

k your suggestion.
Is it something to do with the RTMP server??

you need to have rtmp server running to stream video, check the readme again.
