Thanks for your beautiful tool. I noticed that the 'netVisual_aggregate' function can not show the autocrine interactions (self loops) for spatial plots. I tried to add the parameter like 'remove.loop = FALSE' but got a error: Error in calcCurveGrob(x, x$debug) : end points must not be identical.
Is there any possible method to show the autocrine interactions on spatial plots?
