I would like to know the purpose of modifying the coordinates in the tutorial of multi-section, is it just for the convenience of drawing later or to avoid affecting the GCN calculation, because I guess some coordinates of multi-section may have overlap.
Since I have 10 slices, it will be tedious to modify the coordinates of each slice. I wonder if I can skip modification step, and will it affect the clustering results?
Another related question is, assuming the modification of coordinates will affect the GCN clustering results, will the same clusters of different slices become farther apart after the modification, thus affecting the clustering results?
Thanks!
