blank taxa

I've noticed that effechecka returns some blank taxa. There is a record count, but no names. Not sure what is going on and its pretty easy to work around, but I thought I should let you know.

As far as I can tell, the names are blank because the source occurrences do not provide taxonomic names. You can inspect the underlying occurrences by requesting the same query with freshdata - just swap out api.effechecka.org/checklist by api.effechecka.org/occurrences with the same parameters.

For your convenience, I've added a shortcut to freshdata in effechecka.org (see attached screenshot snippet).

Please confirm that included occurrences do contain entries without any taxonomic names.
