Implementation of stream

Have been waiting for Stream support for long now, hope it will come soon. Maybe we can follow Arduino Stream class like api for it? Is it possible?

Unfortunately I haven't had the time to work on it - #201 is still open. I'm aware it's been a while, and will accept PRs for it.
