Degradated UI on FF 115esr, Chrome 109 and Opera 95

It just happend from day to day. I opend a diagram file from Google drive as usual and the user interface didn't look right. It looks like there is no skin, some elements are missing (i.e. combobox contents is Style view) and more.

This is persistent since there is no change after few days when I saw it first time. That is why I rise the issue.

In current state application is barely usable - you have to guess what is what because it does not look right in UI. Fortunately the diagrams look ok.

Any fix for this sutiation?

Is this windows? Is the OS in high contrast?

This is Windows Server 2012 R2. No, no high contrast. Normal UI settings. Just a few days back everything looked fine (same system, same settings, no changes on browser or system settings). Like this:

And now - I know that t looks like some crazy high contrast mode or something. That's the problem. Something tells me it might be somehow connected to browser versions I'm using. Yet still these versions are most recent I can have on Windows Server 2012 R2.

I don't understand how that is barely usable. Where are the elements where you have to guess what they are?

On top of that you're running an EOL product to run a browser app. It's a very specific setup, we can't justify the effort for what are out of date browsers.
