Custom Link in Insert > Advance > CSV

Hi guys,

I have a url like this
www.google.com/:variable

Might it be possible to reference a variable in the csv and inject it to ":variable"?

e.g.

#variable = car

www.google.com/:variable

Afterwards, the result would turn into
www.google.com/car
