Extra Low and tin whistle synth-sounds default to grand piano

The the sound params for the extra tin whistles and low whistles are not recognised in version 4.x - and defaults to grand piano
If the low whistle staff is created with the built in D, C or Bflat then the tin whistle sound params are used as expected, these are built into MuseScore by default. The extra Tin whistles are reverting to grand piano are Eflat, F and G; along with Low whistles D, F and G
It seems that the extra tin whistle instrument file is not providing the sound params as expected
