The mentioned steps are supported on any self-hosted JFrog instance. It will require an access to the instance in order to follow the steps and make the configuration changes as required.

Do you have an access on the hosted instance by the JFrog vendor to make these changes? Are you the vendor or the customer?

Hi, Do you mean shell/console access to the jfrog vendor hosted instance? If not, can customer request to have the 2 steps completed by jfrog vendor support?
Also, if the request is from a customer of saas https://customer-company.jfrog.io, is there currently a webui configuration option to perform steps 1(jfrog-metrics-setup, 2 (https://github.com/jfrog/log-analytics-splunk?tab=readme-ov-file#fluentd-installation) ?
Thanks for response.

@mike1li If you don't have shell/console access to the JFrog vendor hosted instance - you should request to have the 2 mentioned steps completed by JFrog vendor support. If you want, you can share the vendor name so we can make sure that vendor has the knowledge of how to execute these 2 steps (in case that the customer doesn't have shell/console access).
