Expose Prefix Start Agent Command and Suffix Start Agent Command

What feature do you want to see added?

For our Windows Nodes
We'd like to attach a persistent disk as D:. We have a similar set up on our Permanent nodes but have to set 'Prefix Start Agent Command' to cd /d D:\ && to make sure the remoting agent and workspace are run from the D:\ drive.

No such option appears available when configuring Clouds from this plugin
