How To Reproduce

  1. Open app with no items in continue watching
  2. play something long enough to save its progress
  3. hit back
  4. after refresh is done note that there is no continue watching row added with our resumable item

It does get created, it just defaults to the bottom of the home screen instead of being inserted based on the users settings like it does on the app's first load
