PS4 Media Player does not list files with uncompatible video or audio format #38

"Re-opening" #36 (feel free to close this one and re-open that one for real).

(PlayStation 4 transcoding is messed up: files that would need to be transcoded are just invisible to the PS4. When I changed the transcoded container, they became visible, but transcoding was almost completely broken. A bunch more details in there.)

This is the same issue with the Vita - the app will only show MP4 or MP3 in the respective Video / Music view. Any other extensions are not shown, so the ability to rewrite them would be nice.

following this issue as most of the h265 videos are unplayable or invisible because of this
