How best to import/export favourites/playlists?

Following on from this, here, because I read the following:

The application is undergoing a full rewrite under the name Feishin. Check it out here!

Sonixd has entered maintenance mode as of 0.15.4. Only breaking bugs will be fixed. The application will continue to be available for download and use, but no new features will be added. The application will be maintained until the rewrite is complete.

Data portability is a concern for me, specifically regarding favourites and playlists. As a user I want to be able to import/export these things for obvious reasons. I don't seem to be able to do this via the Jellyfin UI but I can access playlist files via my Docker config, which is a temporary kludge:

-config/jellyfin/data/data/playlists/❤️/playlist.xml

If you can help answer these questions then I'm willing to pursue upstream (i.e. Jellyfin) and report back:

1. How/where is Jellyfin storing favourites?
2. Do Jellyfin import/export (i.e. favourite/playlist) features exist?
3. Is it a requirement for Jellyfin import/export features to exist before Feishin gets them?
