Current swap or add/remove liquidity actions doesn't give a feedback for transaction in process.

Description

Right now when a user make a swap we show confirmation for submission of the transaction. On closing the popup user is taken back to the swap page with all the previous details which gives a feeling that nothing happened.

We should reset the amounts in the swap page once the tx is submitted. and during the time tx is in process we should show a closable "tx in process" kind of a loader.

• In the proposed Swap v2 design flow, the widget comes back to its unfilled state after transaction is done (leaving the tokens selected).
