As shown in the figure, I modified the 2_phase-sim code with my self-made data (a 75*50*50 Finney region was extracted, which was not downloaded through DigitalRockSportal), and found that two small data were generated after using Porespy for Drinage. All the sizes are 50*50*50, which leads to errors in the algorithm, because the input geometry parameter is 75*50*50. I don't know how porespy's Drinage code works, and I want to know how to modify it to use my own local data for simulation. Looking forward to your reply.

How did you configure the input to run on your provided data if I may ask. Mine keeps accessing the digital rocks portal.
