这个功能解决了什么问题？

picker选择器的顶端是否加一个input输入框用来过滤或通过远程获取选项，这样可以解决一些需要模糊搜索选择的业务场景，我们目前主要是小程序办公使用，经常需要模糊搜索一些人员信息

你期望的组件设计是怎样的？

在picker的顶端增加一个input框，可以本地过滤或请求远程服务器返回相应的选择器数据
