🤔 TailwindCSS support

If anyone from the Tailwind community wants support for tailwind, please upvote this discussion.

I have a rough outline. If we provide support for tailwind then we can provide support for all other utility component frameworks as well.

Things to take care of for the tailwind component:

• How you will handle icons?
  • For this, we might introduce the AIcon component. That uses the i tag if using UnoCSS, Iconify vue component if Tailwind or other utility frameworks.
• We have to take care of the uno-layer-base-x class
• Framework we want to provide support for must-have plugin system support
