Allow custom kudos quantities

Various organizations will hold cultural meaning around certain numbers. For example, cannabis companies might use "420" a lot. Add the ability for specific kudos gift quantities outside the range of the normal settings so users can @Bob++ 420 even if 100 is the maximum amount allowed.
