Shorten in-chat help message

Current in-chat help message is a bit long. Could be shortened, especially the top part.

Giving Kudos and Kudonts:
 * Type /kudos by itself for assistance (tip: use Tab key to navigate input fields)
 * Type @[user]++, @[group]++, #[channel]++, @channel++, or @everyone++ (tip: append a number like ++2)
 * Type @[user]--, @[group]--, #[channel]--, @channel--, or @everyone-- (tip: append a number like --2)
 * Type @[user]:star:, @[group]:star:, #[channel]:star:, @channel:star:, or @everyone:star: (tip: try :star::star::star:)
 * Type @[user]:arrow_down:, @[group]:arrow_down:, #[channel]:arrow_down:, @channel:arrow_down:, or @everyone:arrow_down:
 * React with :star: or :arrow_down: to give to the author of a message
 * React to kudo/kudont message with :heavy_plus_sign: to duplicate it
 * User ++ Action ("..." menu on a user message)
Issuing commands:
 * Type /kudos [keyword] anywhere
 * Type @KudoChest [keyword] where bot is present
 * Send direct message to @KudoChest
Command keywords:
 * admin  See app configuration
 * connect  Connect your chat profile to your web account
 * help  You're looking at it!
 * levels  See a chart mapping kudos to levels
 * me  See your current stats
 * preferences  Update your preferences
 * stats @user  See another user's stats
 * top  See the leaderboard
 * undo  Revoke kudos you just gave
 * shop  See a list of claimable rewards
 * claim [item]  Claim a shop item by name
