Not able to send initial packet #107

Have tried setting numerous static IPs and also tried using DHCP, but nothing has worked to get the packet to send. I'm afraid the bricking somehow messed up the interfaces. NETGEAR wndr4500v3

Are you using this on an Ethernet interface, or Wi-Fi?
