- [ ] french species name is not UTF-8; chars > ascii 127 are being spelled out in ascii, e.g. ""
for e-aigu. seems to have been fixed upstream

  • tagProj and proj are NA; closed by dff1322 and
    73cd735b54b452f907d3253f92d94ac926f18d8b
  • tagLifespan is NA
  • tagBI is NA; closed by 06d1591e9260403c807cc1c8ec277ccbe68c38dc
  • fullID has ?proj?
  • lat/lon not present for all batches, even though they are available on server. Should use recvDep
    values if gps table doesn't provide
  • antenna deployment info not present for all batches, though for more than GPS lat/lon
