Receiver time offset by ~ 17 h #19

Data from receiver SG-4002BBBK1610 (Site BP04 in 2015) after 2015-10-13 00:00:00 are offset by about -17 h.

You can see this most readily in a plot of tag 496 (MotusID 14571) between 2015-10-13 00:00:00 and 2015-10-19 (the end of the series for that bird).

Visually, I think that the problem is between about 2015-10-13 00:00:00 and before about 2015-10-14 12:00:00.
