This folder contains code for a paper currently under review. For this paper, three sets of simulations were run. The first two sets of simulations were in MATLAB, and can be executed by running aa_RunSim.m with the appropriate parameters. The third set of simulations was run in an external simulator. While these simulations will not run as is without also installing the simulation engine, the 42 folder contains all the input and output files and everything else needed to reproduce our results.
