Jquery tipsy not working with jQuery 3.2.1 #198

When i upgrade my jQuery to latest ver 3.2.1, my tooltip.tipsy ver 1.1.0a not working!
nearestViewportElement is undefined!

Do you know what is the last working version ?

Three years after, but in case anybody comes across this, the latest version that worked for me was 2.2.4.
