tooltip at disabled elements? #171

Hi,

I have a button-element which state disabled and enabled.

At the state disabled with attribute

<button type="button" disabled="disabled">My Button</button>

tipsy dont work :-(

Test on FF

Disabled buttons don't emit mouse events. Put the <button> within a wrapper <div>, and put the tooltip on the <div> instead.
