Documentation not in sync with what Jasper is doing.

The installation documentation tells us to test playback with:

aplay -D hw:1,0 temp.wav

But when I run Jasper with the --debug param, I see that it uses plughw instead of hw.
I'm not entirely sure how this affects everything but I thought I'd mention it.

Yes, and this in't the only case.

I love the project too, but it seems like there's not much effort needed to update a few small things in the installation docs that would save readers unnecessary pain. Eg given what's mentioned in #41 the docs could easily just reference the proper new locations etc etc

Documentation needs to be updated, almost all the instructions in it have errors. I've tried using jasper's img, but it didn't boot. For debian/raspbian manual installation, I can't download the dependencies because it's returning error 404. Also tried arch linux, expecting to have less complication but still experience the issues in installing the dependencies. It's been 2 weeks+ since i started installing jasper on my RPi3 and until now i still couldn't figure out how to make it work. It's so frustrating :(
