Add optional ability to collect metrics on a stopwatch (for every "stop" or "lap", express count, max, min, average, mean).

It may be that this behavior better belongs in statman (parent) but as stopwatch is better adopted as a stand-alone, may put directly here.

Also, check: the purpose of this may be implemented in https://github.com/jasonray/statman-meter
