The menu bar of ARC desktop edition is not showing after the initial launch when menu bars were visible

Expected outcome

Menu bar should be shown

Actual outcome

On starting ARC again, menu bars are not shown

Versions

App: 10.0.12
Platform: 5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36
