Currently, ValueSets that are binding to some FHIR model field are not generated, instead the field has a String value type.

An example of this is the Immunization resource, status field. It binds to the ValueSet http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/immunization-status, It includes codes completed | entered-in-error from the CodeSystem http://hl7.org/fhir/medication-admin-status.
