Can we please add a license for this project ? We would like to leverage it for a downstream open source project. (Apache 2.0 would be ideal).

Reusing the crawling/inspection code is fine under a BSD like license -- though note the downloaded code (which is also checked into this repo) is scraped from github. Each github repo we download has a different license.
