Integration project with IntelliJ plugin

Hi! This project is AWESOME! Thank you for creating it and sharing it!

I also have a ChatGPT-focused project - IntelliJ AI Coding Assistant (Not to be confused with the official one, which is super close in both name and feature set, but my project is about a year older haha... but I digress) and I would love to get this project working and tested with my project! Having a coding assistant running locally on Phi2 would be awesome!

However, I'm having some trouble with the API port and finding any usable OpenAI-compatible endpoint. I found the port the UI uses at 3928 but nothing seems to listen to 1337. Is there any trick to enabling this, or has this moved, etc? Any guidance is much appreciated. (It is missing as an option in Advanced Settings as documented; I am running Windows 11).

By the way, I use that port (1337) for my internal projects all the time. :-) It's funny but as a feature request it would be great to be able to customize these things in a deployed application.
