I have analyzed my process and found below from the CsQuery holding the memory and when process is in idle state it still holding the memory

[static var CsQuery.HtmlParser.HtmlData.TokenIDs]
[static var CsQuery.StringScanner.CharacterData.characterFlags]
[static var CsQuery.HtmlParser.HtmlData.baseXXchars]
