Permanently switching between 'Entered Region' and 'Exited Region' #6

Having beacon and device next to me.
Without any moving the beacon is permanently switching between ranges.

The distance is not even handbreadth.

What kind of beacon are you using? Also, can you use a 3rd party app (e.g. this one to see if the same issue exists outside of this library?
