Given I've guessed the current spot
And Jodi has also guessed the current spot
And we are both scrambling to add a new spot
I'm still riding my bike across town
While Jodi gets to her new spot and uploads her new spot
What do I see?

The current behavior would be that we could both upload a new spot, and mine would trump hers.

This isn't that likely occur with so few people playing - delaying to 1.0.0.
