Download the "Antecedent.Precipitation.Tool.7z" file from the link below.
Use 7zip to extract the 'Antecedent Precipitation Tool' folder
We suggest extracting to the Desktop.
Run main_ex.exe within the 'Antecedent Precipitation Tool' folder to begin the installation process. Running the executable will also create an Antecedent Precipitation Tool.exe file that you can now use as a Desktop shortcut.
USACE STAFF - DO NOT EXTRACT TO "C:" - Users have reported that doing so causes the tool to require Administrator Privileges in order to run.
General Notes
Moving the install folder will make the Desktop shortcut cease to function.
Run main_ex.exe again to correct the problem
The tool will automatically update itself as improvements are released.
Accepting the ULA at each launch was a design requirement.
Release Notes
Reference materials, excluding the User Manual, were updated based upon EPA recommendations.
A bug in the code outputting weather station data into CSV format was corrected. All weather station csv files now output with the Observation Date proceeding the station identifier. The reference material was updated with this change.
We corrected several typos in the APT user interfaces.
A bug was corrected concerning the way the APT weighted distance for Secondary Stations. The previous APT version determined Secondary Stations based upon each weather stations weighted distance from the Observation Point. The updated APT version now determines Secondary Stations based upon each weather stations weighted distance from the Primary Station.
