Dear Sir,

I am trying to build and run the bwa-gasal2 on NVIDIA Jetson platform, after I make some updates to replace SSE with sse2neon, I get some errors about "asm" from popcount.cpp and ssse3_popcount.cpp when building the bwa-gasal2 on NVIDIA Jetson platform, is it possible to re-write these assembler blocks/statements with C so that the project bwa-gasal2 could be ported to NVIDIA Jetson platform?
