Sensor End Date - A bit more info possible? And a better view angle possible?

Hi Jaap,

thanks a thousand times for your great app. I've got two little requests.

Firstly: I would wish for some more quick info on the sensor date (which are to be found on the right side of the graph, next to the current glucose value). Could you calculate and display the age of the sensor from the start date and put it also there? Example:

Expected End: Fri 07-11-2404 12:23
Age: 10 days - 3 hours

Secondly: That info line sits in a slightly inconvenient place. In horizontal view you've always got tilt your head - but the placement is especially inconvenient, if one uses the "invert screen" option. When starting the app (which is normally in vertical mode), that info is then upside down.

Two possible solutions could be:

1. Put it underneath the Glucose Value (just like the current time above glucose level)
2. automatically invert that info, if "invert screen" is selected.
