Custom option to disable color icons in all-the-icons-completion

In the same way all-the-icons-color-icons does, but related only to icons from this package. I want to see my icons in minibuffer with a foreground (default) color.

I agree, I looked in to this a bit the other day, for whatever reason every other, all-the-icons package does this a bit differently. I'll try to get a solution up in the near future.
