Add obfs4 support

Description

Obfs4 support for iphones would be very useful for bypassing censorship in China and Russia.
Currently obfs4 is only available on desktop and it works well even through cellular network.
In Russia cellular network is unusable without VPN and recently government started to block wg again.

Possible solution

i saw projects like iObfs4 that ported obfs4 for iphones, it would be nice to integrate it to ivpn app

Shadowsocks & v2ray work fine
