FR Compatibility with creases plugin

Thanks for your work on Archiver; I use it almost every day!

Creases is another plugin that automatically "folds" headings where %% fold %% is present.

I would like my archive headings to be folded automatically.

However, including a % in the archive heading automatically inserts the name of a note. As far as I know, this is an undocumented variable replacement feature.
