I searched previous Bug Reports didn't find any similar reports.
Expected Behavior
Since a newly created task is not scheduled, I do not expect to get a notification that the task has started.
Current behaviour
I am not sure how to change what time (hour, minute) is showing on the timeline, but i do know that if I close the timeline view and reopen it that it changes to the current time.
If the timeline is set to a previous time (e.g. 12pm and it is now 7pm) the stated behavior does not occur.
Steps to reproduce
Create a new unscheduled task in a daily note. For example, I have created a task that just says - [ ] test task.
Hit enter. Notification appears saying that the task has been started, showing a time duration that starts at the currently selected timeline time.
