The title says it all. I would love to see this wonderful time-block managing system expanded to include Gantt-style horizontal calendars. Such calendars show a complete view of a self-defined time range.. instead of being locked into DAY/WEEK/MONTH views.

I often find myself hacking together Gantt charts with Mermaid to do this kind of thing, but they are not interactive ... and Day Planner almost does it, just vertically and limited to DAY/WEEK views, while larger projects and goals happen over time periods of weeks, months or even years, and rarely neatly begin and end on MONTHLY or YEARLY boundaries.

A simple-to-use Gantt-style horizontal calendar for managing time periods, projects, etc... would make an absolutely solid addition to Day Planner's already strong time blocking capabilities.

I agree this would be extremely useful.

Hello, @jreus,

This is an interesting feature, but since I'm trying to limit the scope of work for myself, and the feature would require a lot of effort, I'm marking it as maybe.
