Daylight savings time makes plugin inconsistent on the switch day #309

I am also experiencing this issue on v0.15.3 |
Does not appear to be affecting any days after Sunday, Nov 5th. |

This kept troubling me until I restarted Obsidian. Maybe the timeline is set up at plugin initialisation and things go wrong if DST is changed while Obsidian is running? |
Describe the bug
It was 12:46pm when I took this screenshot. The timeline is showing the time as being around 1:46pm. I set a task for right now and the task instead assigned itself for 11:46.
Everywhere else on obsidian, the time is reporting properly. I'm using Windows 10 and my time and date automatically updates. I'm using 24 hour time format in Windows if that makes any difference.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
I expected a task created for right now to show at the current time. I also expected the yellow line that's supposed to signify what time it is currently to show the current time.
Screenshots
In the community plugin settings, the time shows correctly (screenshot taken at 12:53pm)
