Feature Request: Optional Planner Heading (kinda #253 yet differs)

Firstly, thank you for revitalizing the Day Planner plugin.

As an enthusiast for minimalism, my daily notes don't consist of headings.
Such files are simple lists outlining the tasks for the day.

Would it be feasible, within the plugin's architecture, to offer an alternative not to use heading altogether?

• In the settings, this could be achieved by allowing a blank value for "Planner Header" or setting "Planner heading level" to Level 0, with a descriptive label below for clarity.

Hoping to enhance an already excellent plugin :)
