现状：
未设定的软件X -> 已设定的软件A -> 未设定的软件Y：保留A指定的输入法

期望：
未设定的软件X -> 已设定的软件A -> 未设定的软件Y：恢复到软件X时的输入法状态

原因：
在写文档和写代码窗口来回切换时，总是被编辑器的英文输入法打断文档的输入
