Reorganize repository into more focused boilerplates similar to https://github.com/sindresorhus/node-module-boilerplate to allow for more in the future.

For example this would allow for the addition of a 3D boilerplate or a more simplified/complex (who doesn't love more complex stuff) 2D boilerplate option.

Update: should restructure this to support the new github template system, which is just an boilerplate fork setup.

Consider renaming 2D to just be a generic project structure src, and providing placeholders for otherthings like asset_source. Pull from the GGJ 2020 base, that worked really well.
